Role Overview

We are hiring

Installation & Service Staff (Male)

to install, maintain, and service our automation products at client sites across India. This is a

field-intensive, travel-based role

where you will ensure smooth installation, provide technical training to users, and handle after-sales service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Willing to work in bell tower or other elevated structures Install automation systems (church bells, chant automation, altar curtain, school bell, etc.) at customer locations. Conduct

site inspections and wiring/electrical setup

before installation. Provide

hands-on training

to priests, school staff, and institutional users on operating the products. Perform preventive maintenance and after-sales service visits. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure quick problem resolution. Maintain installation and service reports, and update the service log regularly. Coordinate with the

service team and Marketing Manager

for timely customer support. Travel extensively across Kerala and India for installation & service assignments.

Qualifications

10th or +2 graduate. Experience in

installation, servicing, or field technical work

Basic knowledge of

electrical wiring, switches, and troubleshooting

. Good communication skills in

Malayalam

(English/Hindi preferred for all-India travel). Willingness to travel frequently and stay at client locations when required.

Two-wheeler license required.
