Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in industrial machinery installation, commissioning, or service (preferably in process / granulation / pharma equipment)

Key Responsibilities

1.

Installation & Commissioning

Execute installation, commissioning, and start-up of granulation equipment at customer sites (PAN-India and overseas). Ensure machine performance meets required process parameters before handover. Coordinate with internal teams for pre-dispatch inspection, site readiness, and smooth commissioning.

2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Provide on-site and remote technical support for mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues. Diagnose and resolve equipment faults quickly to minimize customer downtime. Maintain clear documentation of service activities, diagnostics, and resolutions.

Customer Complaint Handling

Attend customer complaints promptly in a professional, systematic, and customer-focused manner. Ensure closure of complaints with proper root-cause analysis and preventive actions. Maintain service records and contribute to continuous improvement feedback.

4.

Training & Customer Support

Conduct customer training programs (in-house and at customer sites) on machine operation, safety, and preventive maintenance. Educate customers on best practices for maximizing equipment efficiency and longevity.

5.

Compliance & Reporting

Follow all company safety, quality, and documentation standards. Prepare installation reports, service reports, and feedback documents accurately and on time. Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions. Strong communication, customer-handling skills, and problem-solving approach. Knowledge of granulation systems (RMG, FBD, Blenders, Milling, Sifter, etc.) is an added advantage.
