Role Overview: We are looking for skilled Installation and Service Engineers with expertise in Mechanical to support our growing market. The role involves providing technical support, conducting installations, and ensuring smooth operation of machinery at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission new machines at customer locations.

Train operators and service teams on machine operation and maintenance.

Provide technical support and resolve on-site malfunctions.

Conduct safety inspections and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Prepare service reports, pre-installation checklists, and installation documents.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Travel as required to customer sites.

Skills Required:

Strong mechanical skills.

Clear communication and ability to engage with clients and teams effectively.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficient in using computers for reporting and technical documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in installation, service, or commissioning of capital equipment or grain processing projects.

Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language is preferred.
