Provides operational & administrative support to the installation team.

• Provides operational & administrative support to the installation team.
• Performs a variety of customer-facing and clerical functions to support installation activities in the field.
• Creation of PCSN (product code serial number), equipment, functional location and entry of other details in Salesforce-Unity & SAP.
• Creation of Planning Work Orders (PWOs), Installation Work Orders (IWOs) & Acceptance Certificates in Salesforce-Unity.
• Handles errors & issues of Salesforce Unity & SAP related to engineer\xe2\x80\x99s work orders, parts consumptions/returns, etc.
• Checking & distribution of regulatory (AERB) & installation documents (Radiation Survey, CAP, Acceptance Certificates, etc.) within the team.
• Posting of various regulatory & installation documents in the systems (Unity, SAP, GCS) with e-sign of respective stakeholders.
• Creation & posting of Rigging reports & pre-installation checklist documentation on SharePoint.
• In Salesforce-Unity, trigger the Installation Survey to collect feedback from customers.
• Provides inputs and maintains the accuracy of customer-related data in SAP and Salesforce-Unity.
• Supports the activities of assigned Field personnel per the direction of Installation Management.
• Tool kits management is one of the important tasks and needs to be coordinated with the DHL warehouse, transport teams & customers.
• Similarly, coordination with engineers & vendors for calibration of tools and their movement/transport.
• Closure of engineer\xe2\x80\x99s non-returnable & returnable parts in SAP.
• Coordinate with the Las Vegas, US warehouse to get credit notes of returned defective Parts.
• Handle the credit note-related issues with finance and the US warehouse.

- Handle defective returnable parts process- Compilation of parts with Mumbai DHL warehouse, creation of export documentation with support of logistics, customs agent & export control & Customs (ECC) documentation

• Various Reports generation from SAP & Salesforce-Unity like Returned defective Parts & their Credit Note, FE Consignment, Open RSO, Rigging Costs, Pending Time Cards, Pending Documents, EPD readings, etc.
• Coordination with the procurement team for procurement of new tools & equipment and PR creation in SAP & Invoice submission to finance.
• Support to respective stakeholders at local & global levels for various projects/programs & its (user acceptance testing) UAT on new/change in processes of SAP & Unity or digital documentation.
• Attend the meetings & provide inputs to the stakeholders. Completion of various online training effectively.

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as:- E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in ERP systems like SAP & Salesforce Unity.
• A good command of Excel and knowledge of PowerBI will be an added advantage.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of related experience. - Experience in admin support to field service or installation will be an added advantage.
