Position Overview:

We are seeking a

Manager - Robotics Installation Team Lead

with hands-on experience in

robotic system integration, installation, and commissioning

. The role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians for on-site robot installations, ensuring smooth execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of

Fanuc robots

is a strong advantage. Experience with other brands such as

ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, or Mitsubishi

will also be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the

robotics installation and commissioning team

for automation projects. Plan and execute

robot installation, calibration, and testing

activities at client sites. Coordinate with design, electrical, and software teams for successful integration. Troubleshoot robot programs and ensure performance validation. Review electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical interfaces related to robotic systems. Handle customer communication during project execution and commissioning phases. Ensure project timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Train and guide junior engineers on robotic installation and maintenance procedures. Prepare and maintain documentation (installation reports, FAT/SAT records, etc.). Support after-sales service and technical assistance when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

5-10 years in industrial robotics installation, programming, or integration.

Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Skills Required:

Strong hands-on experience with

Fanuc robots

(programming, setup, and troubleshooting). Experience with other robot brands (

ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Mitsubishi, etc.

) preferred. Knowledge of robot communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, etc.). Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems. Strong team leadership and project management skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
