Installation Manager - 7 years to 11 years of experience
Reporting location - Coimbatore, 100% travel overall India, Only male.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Installation Management:
Oversee the installation process of dust, fume, and air control pollution equipment at various sites.
Ensure that installations are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to specifications.
Coordinate with the project team to schedule installations and allocate resources effectively.
Commissioning and Erection:
Manage the commissioning process of the pollution control equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Supervise the erection of equipment structures and components as per design requirements.
Conduct quality checks during the commissioning and erection phases to guarantee compliance with standards.
Technical Expertise:
Possess strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of dust, fume, and air control pollution equipment.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to pollution control technologies.
Conduct training sessions for staff members on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Other support:
Be prepared to travel to different sites as required for installation, commissioning, or erection activities
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful installation of pollution control equipment. This involves creating project schedules, managing resources, and overseeing the entire installation process.
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
Keeping accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, reports, and any other relevant documentation is essential for tracking progress, identifying issues, and ensuring accountability.
Providing training to staff members or clients on the operation and maintenance of pollution control equipments
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Effective leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
