Gather inputs on site readiness from customers before scheduling installations.
Coordinate with customers for their availability and confirm schedules in advance.
Ensure all necessary site information (power supply, internet, space, safety requirements, etc.) is collected and communicated to the team.
Installation Planning & Execution
Assign installation team members based on skillset, availability, and project requirements.
Ensure installations are carried out smoothly, within timelines, and as per company standards.
Provide on-site/off-site support to the team in case of technical issues.
Monitor the progress of installations and promptly address escalations.
Support Visits Management
Handle coordination for support visits to resolve issues faced by existing customers.
Ensure timely deployment of the support team for maintenance and troubleshooting.
Track issues and resolutions to prevent recurrence and improve efficiency.
Team Management & Guidance
Supervise installation and support teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
Provide technical assistance and mentoring to team members.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing within the team to handle complex issues effectively.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of installations, support visits, issues faced, and resolutions provided.
Keep reimbursement records updated and accurate.
Ensure timely sharing of all reports, records, and reimbursement data.
Follow up actively whenever there are delays in data submission or process completion.
Collect customer feedback post-installation or support visit to ensure satisfaction.
