Role Summary

The Installation Manager is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing installation activities for automated and mechanical car parking systems. The role ensures timely project completion, quality execution, safety compliance, and smooth coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

Manage end-to-end installation activities at project sites Supervise installation teams and subcontractors Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings and timelines Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution issues

Planning & Coordination

Review technical drawings, civil readiness, and installation plans Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and logistics teams Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety norms and EHS guidelines Conduct regular quality checks and site inspections Maintain compliance with company and client standards

Team Supervision & Training

Train and guide installation technicians Allocate tasks and monitor productivity Maintain discipline and safety at site

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Act as the main point of contact during installation Provide regular progress updates to clients and management Address client concerns during execution

Commissioning & Handover

Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of systems Ensure completion of installation reports and documentation Support snag clearance and project closure

Qualifications & Experience

BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering 5 to 8 years of experience in installation or project execution Experience in car parking systems, elevators, or material handling preferred

Required Skills

Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems Ability to read technical drawings Strong leadership and coordination skills Willingness to travel to project sites
