Location: Basaweshwar Nagar

Experience : 2- 5yrs

Package: 3.6LPA - 5LPA

Industry: Elevator / Escalator / Vertical Transportation

Education: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

1.Project Planning & Execution ? Plan and schedule elevator installation activities as per project timelines. ? Review contracts, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution. ? Coordinate with sales, design, stores, and logistics teams for smooth project flow. ? Ensure installation milestones are achieved as per committed schedules.

2. Team & Manpower Management ? Lead and manage installation engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors. ? Allocate manpower efficiently across multiple sites. ? Conduct daily/weekly reviews of site progress and productivity. ? Ensure skill development and on-job training of installation teams.

3. Quality Control & Compliance ? Ensure installations meet company quality standards and OEM guidelines. ? Conduct stage-wise inspections and final quality checks before handover. ? Ensure proper documentation such as checklists, test reports, and handover files. ? Address quality issues, rectifications, and customer feedback promptly.

3. Cost Control & Budget Management ? Monitor installation costs, manpower expenses, and subcontractor payments.

? Control overtime, rework, and non-productive costs. ? Ensure installation is completed within approved budgets.

4. Material & Inventory Coordination ? Coordinate with stores and logistics for timely delivery of installation materials. ? Monitor material utilization and minimize wastage or shortages. ? Ensure proper storage and handling of elevator components at sites. Monitor installation costs, manpower expenses, and subcontractor payments. ? Control overtime, rework, and non-productive costs. ? Ensure installation is completed within approved budgets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
