Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration:

Installing and configuring hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and other equipment.

Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing both on-site and remote support to clients.

Client Communication:

Interacting with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the installation process.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate records of installation procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all installations are performed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.

Project Management:

May oversee smaller projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with other team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of relevant hardware, software, and networking technologies.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring accurate and thorough installations.
