Key Responsibilities

Perform

installation, wiring, and commissioning

of PLC, HMI, and robotic automation systems at customer sites. Work on

control panel installation

, cable routing, and field device wiring (sensors, actuators, valves, drives, etc.). Support PLC/HMI engineers during

I/O testing, loop checks, and system debugging

. Ensure all installations comply with

electrical, mechanical, and safety standards

. Conduct

site inspections

to verify equipment readiness and infrastructure compatibility. Provide

technical support

during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test). Collaborate with the design and project engineering teams to resolve on-site issues. Perform

machine interconnection, PLC network setup, and communication testing

(Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC-Link, etc.). Prepare

installation checklists, site reports, and handover documentation

. Adhere to all

EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)

guidelines during field execution. Support service calls, system upgrades, and maintenance troubleshooting when required. Maintain strong communication with project managers and customers for site coordination.

Key Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience in

PLC panel installation, field wiring, and troubleshooting

. Working knowledge of

industrial electrical systems

, sensors, and actuators. Familiarity with

PLC/HMI systems

(Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta). Basic understanding of

robotic systems

and

motion control

(servo drives, VFDs). Ability to read and interpret

electrical drawings and wiring diagrams

. Strong safety awareness and adherence to

electrical installation standards

. Good communication, teamwork, and on-site coordination skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations (domestic and occasionally international).
