Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to manage the installation, configuration, testing, and servicing of home automation systems at client sites. The role involves working closely with customers, understanding site requirements, and ensuring seamless implementation of smart home solutions. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for effective communication with clients, technicians, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Installation
Install and configure home automation devices such as lighting controllers, sensors, AV systems, smart switches, dimmers, hubs, and network equipment. Conduct wiring, device mounting, panel configuration, and system integration as per project specifications. Ensure proper setup and compatibility between IoT devices, gateways, and mobile applications.

2. System Testing & TroubleshootingPerform functional testing of all installed systems and verify performance. Diagnose issues related to connectivity, device pairing, automation logic, and integration. Provide quick rectification on-site or coordinate with internal technical teams for advanced support.


3. Customer Training & CommunicationExplain system features, mobile app usage, automation scenes, and maintenance guidelines to clients. Communicate fluently and confidently in Hindi to ensure clear understanding for customers and site teams. Gather client feedback and provide courteous, professional service.


4. Coordination & Site ManagementCoordinate with project managers, electricians, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Verify site readiness, material availability, and installation quality. Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company installation guidelines.


5.Required Skills & CompetenciesMandatory Hindi natural speaker for field and client interaction. Strong hands-on experience with home automation, networking, IoT devices, or low-voltage systems. Ability to read wiring diagrams, layout plans, and connection schematics. Knowledge of Wi-Fi setup, IP configuration, and basic networking. Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and on-site problem-solving skills. * Professional customer handling and presentation skills.
