Job Overview:
The Operations/Execution Head will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of industrial lubrication system installation, configuration, and commissioning at client sites. This role includes project planning, team management, coordination with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering successful project outcomes within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Management
Lead and manage all field operations related to installation, configuration, and commissioning of automatic lubrication systems.
Prepare and execute detailed project execution plans with timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
Ensure timely and successful execution of projects across various client locations.
2. Technical Oversight
Review system layouts, piping diagrams, and installation requirements.
Supervise mechanical and electrical fitment, wiring, sensor alignment, and system calibration.
Troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning phases.
3. Team Leadership & Vendor Coordination
Manage and guide installation and service teams, including technicians and subcontractors.
Monitor field crew performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and work quality.
Coordinate with vendors for materials, tools, and equipment required at sites.
4. Client Interface
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase.
Ensure project specifications are understood and met as per the agreed scope.
Conduct client briefings, site inspections, and final handovers.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain all project documentation including checklists, installation reports, commissioning certificates, and client sign-offs.
Report progress, challenges, and escalations to senior management on a regular basis.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, client site protocols, and safety standards.
Conduct tool box talks, risk assessments, and enforce PPE usage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong project execution skills with ability to handle multi-site projects.
Knowledge of lubrication systems (single-point/centralized), mechanical installations, industrial automation.
Understanding of electrical wiring and PLC configuration (preferred).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
Strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
