2 Monitor Availability & Transactions

3 Site sourcing & finalization for new deployments Identification of Profitable site witin 15 days

Rent negotiation, document collection and rental agreement signing with landlord
4 Renewal of Site Agreement

(100% completion) To ensure the site agreement is renewed within a timeframe and avoid delay in signing the same with the landlord. All rental LA's to be executed atleast 30 days prior expiry date and All rental negotiation cases to be signed within 5 working days after receipt of stamp paper
5 Site Audits (Half yearly once)

(100% completion) To ensure site audits are achieved as per the target set within a given timeframe. All Audits to be completed in every 6 months. Assigned Auditable ATMs : 88, Q1+Q2 Consolidated Target : 44, Q3+Q4 Consolidated Target : 44
6 Visits for critical concerns

(100% completion) To be available & visit the concerned site for other issues like EB issue, vandalism/ theft case, visit police station for legal issues. High EB cases to be reverted with complete analysis after visit within 3 working days and Vandalism/theft cases to be visited either same day or max by next working day
7 Top Hatch FLM To ensure sites are visited withing ART as per the calls assigned
