Install, configure, and commission Park Plus products and systems at customer sites.
Perform regular maintenance and service checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and system malfunctions.
Provide timely and effective repairs to minimize system downtime.
Train customers and end-users on the operation and maintenance of Park Plus systems.
Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and repair documentation.
Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex issues.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Stay updated on the latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Travel to customer sites as required to provide on-site service and support.
