Job Title: Installation and Service Coordinator

Location: GN Mills, Coimbatore. Only male staff.

(Complete Office work)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

Generate, schedule, and manage work permits required for installation and service activities. Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained prior to commencing work. Manage service calls related to dust and fume extraction systems efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with the engineering team to address any technical challenges that may arise during the installation and commissioning of air pollution control equipment. Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, including maintenance and repairs performed on the systems/machine. Maintain regular communication with team members to provide updates on project status, service schedules, and resolution of any issues encountered during servicing. Ensure that all documentation meets the standards set by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). Coordinate with the service team to address any delays or issues that may arise during the servicing process.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and service support in mechanical and electrical domains. Proficiency in service report generation, documentation, and ISO standards. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
