About Junior Robo:

Junior Robo is an innovative EdTech platform dedicated to introducing students from Grades 1-12 to Robotics, Coding, and 21st-century skills through fun, hands-on learning. We are growing our digital footprint and seeking a creative Instagram Reels Creator to help bring our brand alive on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, script, and produce

engaging short-form video content (Reels)

for Instagram that aligns with Junior Robo's brand. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop weekly content calendars. Shoot and edit videos using mobile apps or editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.) Stay updated on Instagram trends, audio, challenges, and educational trends in STEM/EdTech. Repurpose classroom moments, workshops, testimonials, or student activities into social-first content. Ensure all content is kid-friendly, engaging, and aligned with our educational mission.

Requirements:

Passion for content creation, video editing, and Instagram trends. Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, hooks, captions, and storytelling. Ability to script and deliver voiceovers if needed (Hindi & English both are a plus). Basic video editing skills and tools. Bonus if you have knowledge/interest in

STEM, Robotics, or Education

. Excellent communication and time-management skills.
