Key responsibilities of the role:
Leadership development being the biggest vertical in the company, we are looking for a Senior Consultant within the practice. Key responsibilities include:
Practice Related Responsibilities:
- Working with Head-Leadership Practice to design and develop new Leadership solutions basis market needs.
- Designing innovative leadership solutions and crafting proposals which would address the client needs and highlight Inspire One\'s approach and differentiation.
- Content development and contextualization for specific client requirements. The content would include validated concepts (internal and external), slide decks, creating / curating case studies, role plays, simulations and exercises compatible with the virtual method of delivery.
- Developing and executing quarterly marketing plan for the leadership practice including conducting research, writing blogs/articles and publishing whitepapers.
- Certifying existing and new InspireOne consultants on consulting/ delivery methodologies including assessments, one to one feedback, etc.
- Offering SME support to the delivery team and training the trainers on new content areas
Practitioner Related Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of leadership development programs at Middle and Senior Management roles. Facilitation topics may vary from business leadership topics (like innovation, strategic thinking, digital mindset) to self/people leadership areas (like emotional intelligence, coaching, influencing etc)
- Conducting leadership consulting including leadership diagnostics, needs assessment, development centers, etc.
- Delivering one to one feedback sessions, coaching sessions on assigned learners. Certified coaches are preferred.
- End to end managing critical and strategic client engagements. Being a representative of InspireOne brand within respective clients.
Qualification :
PG- Masters in any Discipline/MBA/Organizational Psychology
Preferred:
- Certified Coach or Certified Assessors
- Experience in past business roles
