Job description (Quality)

Instruments and Gauge handling such as Gauge Block, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, inside caliper, Height gauge, Trimos and Limit gauges. Strong knowledge on GD & T and Mechanical drawing reading skills. Verify the CMM report according to drawings and give approval to Production. Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes. Knowledge in 7QC tools, Six Sigma, SPC, PPAP, 8D Problem solving skills. Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office. KPI Monitoring & MRM Conducting Knowledge in In process and incoming Quality Knowledge in CNC, VTL, VMC, HMC Machining process knowledge. Internal system, ISO, IATF Auditing & Documentations. Maintain In process quality documentation. Rejection and Rework product Analysis. New Product PPAP Documentation Monthly reviews meeting. Customer Complaints corrective action & effectiveness Monitoring Must be self-motivated, self-directed and enthusiastic and work as team. Daily System Verification & reviews
