Job Description

Scope of work Measurement/ inspection of components/ assemblies using multiple instruments/ programmable machines and report preparation .

Routine Activities:

? Read engineering drawing and make preparation for inspection ? Basic Knowledge and experience on GD&T ? Understand & Adhere to Siemens EHS policy, QMS policy and gives top priority ? Selection of instruments, tools, machines etc. required for measurement ? Measurement/ inspection parameters e.g. dimensional/angular, force, torque, mechanical properties e.g. hardness, plating thickness etc. ? Measurement of components using Optical/vision measurement e.g., Profile projector, microscope, height gauge etc. ? Preparation of detailed inspection report in reporting format.? Preparation of detailed inspection report in reporting format. ? Performing Inspection & Function related activity assigned by supervisor e.g. sample preparation, Office 5S

Qualification:

? Min. Diploma in Mechanical / Production (other stream / Science graduate, based on experience in measurement & inspection) with up to 3 year experience in measurements using measuring instruments. ? Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
