Performing visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) on static equipment (like pressure vessels), rotating equipment (like pumps), and components like valves and pipes.
Ensuring quality and safety:
Verifying that products, materials, and construction work meet quality standards, safety requirements, and are aligned with project specifications and drawings.
Documenting and reporting:
Systematically documenting all observations, often with photos, and reporting any issues or non-conformities.
Implementing corrective actions:
Working with other departments or contractors to ensure that any identified issues are corrected promptly.
Coordinating with teams:
Collaborating with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely and to the required standards.
The deployed competent inspection personnel should have a qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering along with NDT level II Certification with hands on inspection experience of a minimum of 5 years.
