Experience:

Minimum 5 years

Qualification:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Perform dimensional and visual inspection of machine components, sheet metal, welded parts, jigs, and tools Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and numerical master geometry Operate and analyze results using measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Contour Verify calibration reports of jigs and fixtures Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports Apply quality methodologies such as PDCA, 7 QC Tools, 8D, Why-Why Analysis, Root Cause Analysis Participate in APQP and PPAP processes

Key Requirements:

Strong experience in mechanical part inspection Proficient in GD&T and industrial inspection tools Familiarity with quality control tools and documentation Must be physically and medically fit Local candidates preferred (for each location)
