Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Incoming Material Inspection:

Verifying that raw materials (e.g., silicon wafers, glass) meet quality specifications before they enter the production line.

In-Process Inspection:

Monitoring the manufacturing process to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

Final Product Inspection:

Conducting thorough inspections of finished solar modules, including EL testing, IV curve tracing, and other relevant tests.

Testing and Analysis:

Utilizing various testing equipment and methodologies to assess the performance and reliability of solar modules.

Quality Control:

Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, including documentation, record-keeping, and non-conformance management.

Problem Solving:

Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

Compliance:

Ensuring that the manufacturing process and final products adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

Reporting:

Preparing detailed inspection reports, maintaining quality records, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
