We have urgent requirement of Quality Inspector

Education Qualification

- Diploma Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 02 to 05 Years Experience in Quality Department.

Visual inspection of castings at various stages. Cylinder head daily cut section report. Casuals work allocation and output management. Casting weight verification as per plan. Lay out marking of castings as per annual plan. 3D scanning of castings during lay out. Critical dimensions verification of parts as per production plan. Verification of trial parts and entry in trial reports. Verification of NPD parts/samples and ISIR preparation. External rejection verification.

Skills Required -

Candidate having knowledge of Quality instruments like Boregauge, Micro meter, Vernier, Height Gauge. Having knowledge to understand the Engineering Drawing. Having knowledge of CMM checking.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
