Responsibilities:

  • Strong in data validation, reconciliation and analysis
  • Thorough knowledge on Tax and Statutory around payroll
  • Handling payroll related tax and statutory (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF)
  • compliances preparation, validation, filing through govt portal
  • Documents checking reimbursements / Tax proofs
  • Employee query handling, handling issues work smartly, time and work management
  • Retiral benefits (PF, NPS, Gratuity, Leave encashment,
  • Superannuation fund etc)
  • Computer proficiency should be proficient in word, xls, power
  • point, working in network environment, payroll software etc
  • Visiting regulatory authorities for closure of payroll compliance
  • related issues around PF, PT, LWF and ESIC
  • Knowledge on employee life cycle management and HR operations
  • Knowledge on new Labour codes
Soft skills:
Ability to handle confidential data and sensitive situation
Strong communication skill both written and verbal
Well versed in data analytics, worked in payroll software and other
govt portals
Strong interpersonal skill, team management and capability of
working independently
Visiting clients office for meeting and addressing issues
