Job Description

Insolvency & Bankruptcy Associate with 6+ months of work experience required in a boutique firm specializing in IBC matters based in Vashi (Nearby station), Mumbai

Candidates with CA / CS / Inter CS / Inter CA qualifications & hands-on IBC experience will also be considered

JD:

- Provide comprehensive support in handling IBC cases including CIRP, Liquidation, PIRP, PPIRP , and Voluntary Liquidation

- Draft and file applications with NCLT, IBBI, and IPA ; ensure timely regulatory compliance

- Prepare CoC minutes, handle CoC constitution and related filings

- Verify claims and manage stakeholder communication, including Resolution Professionals, Creditors, and Legal Counsels

- Assist in legal drafting and, if required, appear before NCLT for IBC matters

Salary up to Rs 9 lakh per annum (can be increased slightly)
