:OverviewThe scope of this role is to be a strategic partner for the West Europe BU responsible for quality and timeliness of all deliverables from the S & T team, creating and presenting deeper insights, coaching and mentoring the team to elevate their capability and output. In addition, this role will be responsible for the UK&I, NE Bevs S & T Insights team. He / she will need to overall improve the level of service to UK and provide higher level thinking & capability for WE overall to support head of insights. This role will also be expected to do higher level added value analytics and insight; with a focus on step-changing the deliverables to NE.Primary responsibilities include end-to-end partnership with in-market (Business Unit) Insights team to deliver on data & analytics for retail performance tracking and ad-hoc business questions pertaining to market position, share, growth drivers, brand diagnostics, consumer need states and demand spaces, etc. for Pepsico products (specific portfolio, segment, or brand). The position will lead a small team of Analytics, but remain the key POC for teams output quality, periodic and on-demand performance reviews, addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources, and using statistical analysis methods to bring out deep insights from retail data to identifying emerging trends, recognizing growth drivers, diagnosing barriers and hurdles to be removed, and flagging risks pertaining to competition, market share, forecast etc.This role will support UK&I, NE Bevs, and will have responsbility of leading a team of Analysts that works with in-market teams. Automation and Standardisation are key priorities at S&T (ICC), and this position is expected to support this fully. The buck for quality will stop with this position, which will the the key POC for the Business Unit (BU).
