- Engage customers and stakeholders to identify the customers
- Actively collaborate with innovators to iterate on the product definition
- Build and Manage an Asian customer relationships/advisory board
- Coach technical team on customer engagement tools and techniques to support agile development.
- Provide updates on health of the incubator\'s customer relationship
- Identify market needs as challenge problems for hackathons
- Coordinate pre-incubation meetings with stakeholders and potential customers to refine pitch
- Customer facing role to define new opportunities
- Customer relationship building
- Sales and marketing in the building systems or consumer electronics industry.
- Bachelor\'s degree with 6-8 years of experience
