Reviewing Inquiries, complaints and other relevant data / content.
Technical as well as commercial offer review.
Offer sending to the customers.
Coordination must be done with the customers till inquiry conversion into order.
Email review and proper response must be complied against relevant email (Complaints, Negotiation, Techno-commercial amendments, Product delivery information ETC.
Resolving the technical queries and commercial queries of customers promptly.
Listing all the open and closed enquiries to enhanced the target.
Checking and monitoring all the internal departmental work and procedure to efficient the sales.
Arranging and planning the sales - supply target.
Meetings with the production, QC & Design team while required.
Reviewing all the documents related to QC, Design, Work Order Etc.
Assisting to the Departmental head for the production planning documentation prioritized and aligning the pending orders in proper manner.
Updating to the Customers order status via - calls & emails.
Responsibly responding to the customers every query against received calls and email (specific email id's)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
