Indian Head Office is in Navi Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities: Inside Service-Sales Executive

The Inside Service-Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting customers, promoting service solutions, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship management. The responsibilities include a mix of customer service, sales support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



1. Handle inbound inquiries from customers related to service, maintenance, and sales of instruments.

2. Promote and upsell service contracts, calibration, and maintenance packages to existing customers.

3. Support field sales/service teams by generating leads and scheduling service appointments.

4. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure service satisfaction and identify potential business opportunities.

5. Prepare and send service quotations, follow up on proposals, and close service-related sales orders.

6. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely execution of service requests and customer support.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests in CRM.

8. Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly service sales targets set by the management.

9. Provide after-sales support by addressing customer queries and ensuring resolution in coordination with the technical team.

10. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, service engineers) to deliver seamless customer experience.

11. Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and market trends to enhance customer conversations.

12. Contribute to building long-term customer relationships by ensuring proactive support and consistent follow-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
