Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings in the
solar
domains.
Follow up with existing leads and maintain a strong pipeline.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable products/solutions.
Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales team.
Achieve monthly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Maintain customer database and update CRM tools regularly.
Build strong client relationships to increase repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, deliveries, and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in tele calling/sales in the
solar, construction, or electrical industry
in Manufacturing industry.
Proficient in
Tamil and English
(Hindi is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
Familiar with using basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, email, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
