Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and manage key sales conversations
Monitor daily productivity, call quality, and individual performance metrics
Train, mentor, and motivate the team through regular coaching
Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth lead flow and closures
Prepare sales MIS, analyze performance, and generate sales forecasts
Requirements:
Graduation is
mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving abilities
Target-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
Approachable, positive attitude, and a team player
Working Days & Benefits:
Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
1st & 3rd Saturday Off + All Sundays Off
