Job Overview



We are looking for an energetic and motivated

Inside Sales Executive

to join our

US Shift team

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing client relationships, and supporting the business development team in achieving revenue targets within the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach targeting the US market. Understand client needs and present suitable IT service offerings and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers. Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth proposal creation and client onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential client segments. Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product/service demos with the sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in

inside sales, lead generation, or business development

(preferably in

IT services or software sales

). Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken and written English). Strong understanding of the US market and time zone adaptability (US shift hours). Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Strong negotiation and client handling skills.

US Shift:

6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
