The Opportunity

revenue generator

. As a Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our financial growth. This is an end-to-end sales role where you will own the entire sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing high-value deals. Your success will directly impact our company's bottom line, and your compensation will reflect that.

What You'll Do



Generate Revenue:

Be the key player in driving new business acquisition. Your primary focus is on consistently building a robust pipeline and closing deals to smash monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Own the Sales Cycle:

Take full ownership of the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and successful deal closure.

Strategically Prospect:

Identify, target, and engage with high-potential enterprise and SMB clients who fit our ideal customer profile. You'll use a combination of outbound campaigns, networking, and deep industry research to find the right opportunities.

Consultative Selling:

Go beyond a standard pitch. You'll become a trusted advisor who understands client pain points and clearly demonstrates how MyOperator's solutions deliver a significant and measurable return on investment (ROI).

Become an Expert:

Master our platform to deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that resonate with key decision-makers and C-level executives.

Manage Your Pipeline:

Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using our CRM, providing regular, transparent forecasts on your performance.

Build Relationships:

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to identify upselling opportunities and generate referrals.

Who You Are



A Proven Performer:

You have 1

+ years

of demonstrable success in a B2B sales or business development role with direct, quantifiable revenue responsibility.

SaaS Savvy:

You have a strong track record of selling B2B SaaS or cloud-based technology, ideally within the communication, telephony, or a related tech space.

Quota Crusher:

You are relentlessly focused on achieving and exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. You have a competitive drive and an unwavering focus on targets.

Exceptional Communicator:

You possess top-notch verbal and written communication skills and a natural ability to negotiate and close complex deals.

Strategic Thinker:

You don't just execute; you think big picture. You can develop sales strategies that align with our core business objectives.

Pay: ₹440,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
