Profile:



Ecowell India is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for customer interaction, and a passion for sales. This role involves converting leads into customers primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with fresh, company-provided leads to introduce Ecowell's products and services. Reach out to potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert leads. Explain product features and benefits, addressing customer queries effectively. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to closing sales. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
