Role & Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of the company's eCommerce platform, features, and benefits.
Regularly update and manage the contact list of potential leads and existing customers.
Proactively reach out to potential businesses and brief them about available solutions.
Achieve sales and conversion targets set by the organization.
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to better serve clients.
Build and nurture positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide accurate information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
Previous experience in inside sales or related sales experience preferred.
Maintain timely reporting and updates to the Head of Marketing and Sales.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
