We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven
Inside Sales Trainer
to join our team at MakeO (Toothsi | Skinnsi). The role involves training and developing our inside sales team to enhance their product knowledge, communication, and conversion skills -- ensuring they consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for inside sales executives.
Design, develop, and implement sales training modules focused on product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
Coach and mentor sales reps to improve performance through role plays, mock calls, and feedback sessions.
Identify training needs through performance data, call audits, and discussions with sales managers.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to drive productivity and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Evaluate training effectiveness and track improvements in sales performance post-training.
Maintain updated training materials and ensure communication of new product or process changes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience (3-6 years) in
sales training
, preferably in a
B2C or D2C environment
.
Strong background in
inside/telesales
or
sales enablement
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and design training interventions accordingly.
Experience in healthcare, beauty, wellness, or consumer-tech industries will be a plus.
