Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & refresher training for inside sales teams.
Design role plays, mock calls & e-learning modules.
Monitor sales calls, give feedback & coaching.
Track performance (conversion, call quality, closures).
Align training with business goals & market trends.
Requirements
:
Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
3-6 yrs in Inside Sales/Telesales Training (EdTech/B2C preferred).
Strong sales coaching, CRM & presentation skills.
