Role Overview
As a Business Growth Specialist / Trainee, you will play a critical role in driving SmartED's growth by identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, managing leads, and working closely with marketing and growth teams to convert prospects into long-term partners.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct and indirect prospecting
Monitor and analyze pipeline performance to optimize outcomes
Maintain consistent follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls
Design and execute effective lead engagement strategies
Develop in-depth understanding of SmartED offerings and updates
Ensure efficient lead utilization with low turnaround time (TAT)
Prepare customized client proposals and negotiate to close deals
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth and marketing teams
Compensation & Internship Details
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Rs. 17,000 per month + Uncapped performance-based incentives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with the ability to handle performance pressure
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
