We are hiringInside Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound leads for Loans, Personal Loans, and Credit Cards.The role involves engaging with customers over calls, understanding their financial needs, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for loan and credit card sales
Convert qualified leads into successful closures
Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits
Follow up with prospects to ensure timely conversions
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the backend and operations team for documentation
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in inside sales / tele-sales / BFSI sales preferred
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Result-oriented and customer-focused attitude
