to join our vibrant team.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain our digital marketing services. Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management. Understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Schedule appointments for senior sales executives. Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM software. Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the sales team. Provide product knowledge and resolve customer queries professionally.

Requirements

:

Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (and/or regional language). Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.). Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in sales/telecalling preferred, but freshers are welcome.
