Inside Sales / Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services Generate and qualify leads to close sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth closures

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales (freshers can also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to convince and close sales over the phone Comfortable with MS Excel and CRM tools Target-oriented and self-motivated Fluent in English and local languages (Kannada preferred)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
