About the Role

Toothsi is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Team Leader to manage and drive a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Monitor individual and team performance and ensure productivity benchmarks are met

Coach, train, and mentor team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and conversion strategies

Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM systems

Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and share performance insights with management

Ensure adherence to sales processes, scripts, and compliance standards

Handle escalations from customers and support the team in closing high-value leads

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth lead flow and customer experience

Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Tele-calling

Hands-on experience with CRM tools and basic MIS reporting

Ability to work in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Relevant experience in Inside Sales / B2C Sales (Healthcare, Beauty, Wellness, or EdTech preferred)
