JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching as needed. Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, communicating updates, challenges, and successes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in EdTech Sales, Admission Background, Tele sales.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.

3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

4. Minimum 3 years of Experience into Team Handling (Required)
