Job Description

? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for

improvement.

? Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and

idea-sharing.

? Set clear expectations, ask for day projections, monitor performance, and provide

constructive feedback to teammembers.

? Distributing data among the team including old prospects and churn data.

? Conducting regular pitch analyses for the team and furnishing them with constructive

feedback.

? Making follow-up calls to team prospects, based on the client's requirements it can be

Head office call, Sikhsha call, Closure call, etc.

? Continuously assess market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to inform

product enhancements.

? Provide training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance

their skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

? Support the growth and career development ofteam members through mentoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
