Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide the inside sales team towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Handle end-to-end Online MBA sales process with prior experience in counseling students for online higher education.
Create target plans, track progress, and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
Analyze sales data, student queries, and lead conversion patterns to drive better decision-making.
Utilize management skills to monitor performance, manage attrition, and maintain team motivation.
Provide professional counseling to prospective students, understanding their career goals and recommending suitable Online MBA programs.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Key Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
handling the Online MBA sales process (admissions counseling / inside sales).
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proven track record in target planning and achievement.
Basic management skills such as performance monitoring, attrition control, and conflict resolution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Hardworking, target-oriented, and flexible to work extended shifts (10+ hours if required).

Self-driven, result-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
