Reports To: Marketing Head / National Sales Head

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Inside Sales Team Lead (TL) to

manage and scale our inside sales operations based out of Mumbai Head Office. This role

is critical in driving qualified leads and setting up meetings/demos for Business Development

Managers and Regional Sales Heads across India.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Inside Sales Executives, owning lead quality

and volume, running outbound campaigns, and coordinating with marketing and field sales

for follow-ups and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead, manage, and mentor the inside sales team to meet lead generation and demo

scheduling targets

? Strategize, design, and execute cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

outreach campaigns to generate quality leads

? Monitor team KPIs including call volume, connect rate, demo bookings, and lead

conversion

? Work closely with the Marketing Head and Regional Sales Heads to align lead

generation with field sales priorities

? Assist team members in handling complex conversations and objection handling

? Maintain CRM discipline (Zoho/Salesforce) and ensure all interactions and pipeline

data are accurately logged

? Regularly review lead quality and offer coaching to improve targeting and messaging

? Share weekly/monthly reports with insights, pipeline health, and recommendations

? Conduct hiring, onboarding, and training of new inside sales team members as

required

? Set up automation tools and outreach systems to improve productivity (email

templates, CRM workflows, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

? 4-6 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or tele-sales in a B2B or

SaaS/ERP/CRM company

? Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing a sales or tele-calling team

? Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (and Hindi)

? Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable

? Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, and outreach tools like Sales

Navigator, Brevo, etc.

? Strong data orientation - capable of analyzing outreach metrics and performance

dashboards

? Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Preferred Experience:

? ERP/CRM/Construction-tech software sales exposure

? Experience in targeting real estate, EPC, and infrastructure decision-makers

? Knowledge of inside sales automation tools (e.g., Make.com, UltraMsg, WhatsApp

API, HubSpot, etc.)
