Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Conversion:



Convert inbound leads into surgical consultations through effective communication, active listening, and objection handling. Proactively follow up with leads to address their concerns and provide solutions.

Cold Calling and Pitching:



Initiate outbound calls to potential leads, introducing our healthcare consulting services in a clear and persuasive manner. Tailor your pitch to address individual patient needs and objections.

Consultative Selling:



Develop a deep understanding of patients' pain points, concerns, and healthcare requirements. Employ a consultative sales approach to provide information, build trust, and guide patients toward informed decisions.

Objection Handling:



Effectively address patient objections and concerns with empathy, providing information and solutions that alleviate their doubts. Overcome objections with a patient-centric approach.

Coordination and Support:



Assist patients in coordinating surgical procedures, including scheduling, pre-operative guidance, and post-operative support. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Sales Strategy:



Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and implement effective sales strategies. Continuously improve sales processes to enhance lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:



Any bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in healthcare consulting or a related field. Exceptional cold calling, objection handling, and consultative selling skills. Deep understanding of healthcare procedures, patient concerns, and decision-making processes. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills. Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving circumstances.

Additional Requirements:



Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adapt to new healthcare technologies and services. Flexibility in adapting to evolving circumstances and market dynamics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
