We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves supporting the sales department by preparing quotations, managing vendor registrations, maintaining databases, and providing assistance to the Sales Head and team. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of quotations and proposals for customers.
Handling vendor registration processes with various clients.
Creating and maintaining sales databases, records, and reports.
Following up with customers on quotations, orders, and inquiries.
Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments as required.
Assisting Sales Head and team in day-to-day sales activities and administrative tasks.
Supporting in lead generation, pipeline tracking, and documentation.
Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or related roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
