• Accurately enter and manage sales order details in the system to ensure precise record-keeping and order tracking.
• Coordinate the timely dispatch of orders, ensuring that all shipments are processed and delivered efficiently.
• Provide essential assistance to the front-end sales team, addressing any needs or issues to enhance overall sales operations and customer service.
